Day Visitors must register at the office. There is no visitor parking inside the park grounds. Visitors must depart by 10pm or nightly charge will apply
STRICTLY NO PETS DURING LONG WEEKENDS AND CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ON SITES. ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED ON BOOKING- SMALL DOGS ONLY.
STRICTLY NO PETS WHEN STAYING IN ACCOMMODATION.
Each Site, Cabin and Villa is supplied with one car space only. Please consider this when arranging your travel plans. All additional vehicles will be required to park OUTSIDE of the park gates. Any guest who violates park rules will be charged additional fees, per day.
A deposit is required for all bookings, We require 50% deposit or 1st night stay whichever is greater for standard bookings- deposit required at time of making booking and balance due prior arrival on all bookings.
Christmas School Holidays require balance paid by 1st of November and Long Weekends require full payment 30 days prior to arrival dates.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $40 cancellation fee, the remaining deposit can be refunded providing at least 30 days’ notice is given. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date the full deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-transferable.
Christmas School Holiday bookings cancellation Policy: Any booking cancelled after the 1st of December will forfeit the full 50% deposit. Any booking that is a no-show, or gives less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the full tariff, unless the site or accommodation can be re-let for the entire stay.
Late checkout availability: Subject to availability check with office day before scheduled departure
Linen: All accommodation has linen for the main bed only including 2 towels.
Management retains the right to alter tariff without prior notice.
